Dovetail Launches AI-Native Customer Intelligence Platform

Hello Dovetail Champions! š What an incredible October 2025! It was a month of massive change, beginning with our rebranding and product launch. Welcome to the new era of Dovetail! We introduced the Customer Intelligence Platform, our AI-native solution that brings every customer voice from support tickets to interviews into a single system. This platform is all about turning evidence into confident action, faster than ever before. We're especially excited about the new AI precision features, like our Chat query tool, making it easy for everyone to get deep, cited insights instantly. The future of customer intelligence is here, and it's powered by AI! Celebrating Innovation & Community This huge milestone was celebrated in person at ProductCon San Francisco! Our leaders unveiled the new platform live, and we topped it off with an exclusive launch party with Outset.ai, sailing the SF Bay. It was a perfect evening of networking with fellow product and research leaders under the sunset, and a reminder of the power of our community connecting face to face. The energy continued into SF Tech Week with two fantastic events at our office! First, we hosted the Big Design Energy event with Design Buddies and CoCreate. We saw awesome demos and connected with founders and designers a real boost of inspiration for the week! Later in the week, we hosted a critical conversation with The AI Collective: Beyond the Pixels: Crafting Trustworthy AI and UX in Healthtech. Our brilliant panelists tackled how to build responsible AI that maintains human safety and dignity. Key takeaways included the rise of Agentic experiences and the importance of design ethics as we leverage AI for critical insights. It was a packed house and a truly engaging discussion that showed the best of our community coming together to shape a better future. Catch Up on the New Era!
