Right Pane View Missing in Chrome: Questions and Observations

Is right pane view gone? I kinda liked that view when tabbing through a lot of notes to make edits. I still see it in Safari but it's gone in Chrome. - not a huge pain, just wondering (btw what's the plural of data pages? 😆 )

Hey Emi Fogg, yes, we're retiring several features as part of 3.0 including the ability to open content in a side panel, and minimize tabs. Features like these make the product more complex for new users to understand, but also create complexity in our codebase which slows development velocity, limiting our ability to invest in more innovative features. Essentially the value that side panel provides isn't worth the complexity it creates for us and for users.

In terms of the plural—just data! Data in Dovetail can be anything—videos, documents, plain text, survey responses—so maybe you could just refer to the content type you have in your project (e.g. interviews, or feedback).
