Following Up on Help Desk Ticket for Account Manager Connection

I sent in a help desk ticket to be connected to my account manager but haven't heard back yet. It was only yesterday so I'm following up a bit quick but wondered if I'd get a quicker response here?

    Hi Rachael Forster! Was it about Magic Redact? One of our colleagues responded late yesterday, it may have slipped through the cracks. I'll relay here: "Thanks for reaching out about this! Our magic redact feature is only available on our Enterprise plan. Your workspace is currently on our Business (legacy) plan. To access this feature, you would need to upgrade to our Enterprise plan as it is not available as an add-on."
