Troubleshooting Dovetail Highlight Playback Issues in Slack

Is there a trick I’m missing to get a dovetail highlight to play in Slack? The link in a slack post expands to show the video preview but just get a black screen when pressing the play button. The help page talks about an OTP but don’t see anything like that?

Hi Jazmin, yes slack and dovetail were connected. It just occurred to me to try on my mobile and that sent me to the OTP screen. But the desktop app didn’t. I will try restarting the desktop slack app after the holiday weekend to see if that helps.
