Creating Graphs from Automated Survey Analysis: Tips and Troubleshooting

Hi, how do we create a graph from Automated Survey Analysis? I followed the instructions, but I can't see the Charts option anywhere. Also, when showing the preview before confirming the survey view, it would be helpful to mention that it's just a preview. It took me a while to figure out why I was only seeing 10 survey responses.

this is the response I got back from them. I hadn't added tags because I wanted to be able to use charts for fields

Hi Rachael Forster, I didn't realize there were fields applied to your notes when you reached out. Can you let me know if you can add a filter and select fields:

Dominika Prikrylova, from your screenshot, it doesn't look like there are any tags associated with the ones you have filtered. Can you also try adding a filter with the fields associated with your survey responses?

Hi all, Closing out the loop here: Charts currently only supports highlights/tags (you can then filter down your charts using fields). Our survey team is, however, working on supporting charts for surveys, as noted in this Changelog post. Keep an eye out on the Changelog for when this feature is released 😊
