Troubleshooting Dovetail App Link Preview Issues in Teams

Hello, I've installed the dovetail integration in teams, download the teams specific dovetail app. But I'm still not seeing the relevant link preview. Even if I share a public weblink. Any recommendations?

hmm, i've recorded a snippet of it working for me - is there anything that stands out to be different for you? also just confirming that your Teams workspace still has our bot installed (e.g. your IT admin didn't remove it)

something worth trying is disconnecting / reconnecting the integration

Link previewing is still really inconsistent on teams. I've reverted to sharing a lot of my insights publicly but even publicly shared pages still doesn't preview correctly.

Alex M. apologies for the bad experience, but as an FYI - the link unfurling feature works the same for public or private links. I'm currently on leave so I won't be able to investigate, but I'll get Pat B. to escalate this to our engineers!
