We experienced issues this past Friday but were resolved the same day. Can you log out and log back in and send a screenshot if you're still experiencing issues?
Found the problem - my manager who struggled with it had multiple instances of Dovetail open on different tabs - it was only after he closed all instances and relaunched Dovetail, that the import worked
