Issue with Importing Zoom Videos into Dovetail

Hi! Currently it is not possible to import videos directly from Zoom into Dovetail. When will it be fixed? Thanks!

Hi Dominika C., We experienced issues this past Friday but were resolved the same day. Can you log out and log back in and send a screenshot if you're still experiencing issues?

Found the problem - my manager who struggled with it had multiple instances of Dovetail open on different tabs - it was only after he closed all instances and relaunched Dovetail, that the import worked
