Understanding Filters in the New People Database/Contacts

quick question about the new People Database / Contacts: have the filters under Insights, Notes, Highlights etc disappeared or have they been moved elsewhere? i.e. how can we filter across all the highlights for one ‘person/contact’ in that view? or is the idea to go to the search feed for that kind of interaction?

    Hi Armina, My name is Maddy, a product designer at Dovetail. I'm here to help with your questions about the recent changes to Dovetail 3.0. You may have noticed that filters are no longer available under Insights, Notes/Data and Highlights within individual Contact profiles. This is part of our ongoing efforts to update the overall Contact experience. We're currently working on some exciting enhancements that will make it easier to filter and interact with Highlights and other information associated with a specific person or contact. In the meantime, you can still filter Highlights by person/contact using the main search feature. Also, we're interested in learning more about how our users manage participants.     hi Maddy, thanks for the reply! happy to chat with you about how we use Contacts, but i believe we’re a very outlier case — we don’t use it to manage participants (because of our strict data storage policies), we use it as a catalogue of personas or user types. if you still think that’s relevant for your study, happy to book something, but i also understand if the focus is on users who actually use the feature as intended 😂
