Issues with Summarizing Transcriptions: Access Denied Error

Is anyone having issues with summarising transcriptions of recordings? The files are uploading, and the video and transcription is running as usual, but when I ask it to summarise it’s saying I don’t have access. This isn’t usually a problem. A colleague is also having the same issues - hence wondering if it is a known issue?

    The fix has been released and is just being deployed now. It should all be working again within the hour! Please let me know if you’re still experiencing issues after then 😊
