Strategies for Tracking Research Projects in Dovetail

I work in a large corporation where multiple teams are doing research. We would like a way to keep track of who is doing what and when, so we can find synergies between projects and teams. Is there a way to do this in Dovetail or does anyone have any good experiences / successful strategies they've used? 📝
