Best Practices for Adding Notes in Dovetail Observations

Hello! I'm fairly new to Dovetail, so please forgive me if this is a silly question. What's the best practice around adding notes that I've taken (i.e., not recordings)? The primary use case is obviously around recordings where you directly capture the voice of the user. But what's the best way to upload notes from an observation about a user (not in their words/voice) to maximise functionality? Should I rewrite the notes from the perspective of the user? Or does it cope okay with a list of bulletpointed observations? Thanks! 🙂
