    Professional Plan Changes: Unlimited Viewers Update Inquiry

    Hi! I've been exploring the new features. It looks like customers on the Professional plan now are going to be losing unlimited viewers. Is this correct?

      Hi Debbie, Thanks for reaching out. πŸ‘‹ Happy to help out! I can confirm that you won’t lose any features on your current plan. Our records show that your workspace is on the Professional (legacy) plan, so nothing is changing for you. You’ll continue to have viewers and all the same inclusions you currently do. The changes to viewers (and other functionality) only apply to our new Professional plan for new customers. Existing customers on legacy plans will keep their existing setup and pricing unless they choose to move to the new plan. You can read more about our new plans here.
