Issue with Viewing Videos in Insights: Need Assistance

Hi, I can’t see the videos in Insights, only the text. Is there a reported issue?

    Hey Dominika! I’ve just tested on mine and the videos appear correctly when toggled in the preferences. Is this happening on all of your insights?

    On most of them, I haven't noticed any pattern regarding when it happens and when it doesn't.

    I tried to add it manually to Insights, but the video has been loading for an hour with no progress. When I try to download it directly from Highlights, I get an error saying "No highlights found to export.

    Interesting! I see that our engineers noticed and resolved an issue last night causing performance issues in some areas of the product. Would you be able to check again for me when you get a chance so we can see if they were related?
