Integrating Dovetail with Glean Ai for Enhanced UX Research Visibility

Wondering if Dovetail can be conected with a tool like Glean Ai https://www.glean.com/about. My organization is very invested in using Glean as a way to search across google drive, confluence, jira, etc. and if dovetail is not accessible to Glean then UX research is losing a lot of visibility. Has anyone managed this conflict?

hi Matt Chávez-Delgado, I am looking to do something similar. I am just in the stage of research about connecting glean with dovetail. Have you gotten any further in the past two months?

Hi there Lauren Law We spoke to our in house Glean rep and it looks like it’s possible for them to put a Dovetail connector into their road map but we would have to convince them that Dovetail is high traffic app for the org, which it is not for now. So we are planning on moving forward with Dovetail Google Drive integration so insights and reports can be automatically moved into a Glean searchable shared directory. It would be ideal to have glean and dovetail connected but it does raise some PII issues for us as well
