Frustration with Bulk Color Coding Tags: Need Help!

Hi there, I don't know if this is me having a 🤦‍♀️ moment or not. When it comes to organising my tags I want to colour code the tags based on the colour of the group. I don't seem to be able to bulk do this and it's really frustrating!~ I can select all, but not able to change the colour of them all. Am I missing something?
