Issues Accessing the Platform: Known Problems?

Hey, these days my colleague and me always end up in weird states when we try to access the platform. Is this a known problem?

Hi Lisa, Thanks for reaching out.👋 Can you share some more details about what they're experiencing? When you say "weird states", is that when you're logging in or elsewhere in the product? Please share screenshots or recordings if possible.

Hey Cameron, for now this is the only screenshot that I have. If I encounter it again I can send more. Sometimes it also shows me the login screen again even though I was active on the platform just for minutes. Then I reload and all of a sudden I'm logged in
