Guidance Needed for Editing Transcript with Multiple P11 Anonymity Issues

Hi - I’m editing a transcript. I’m trying to re-attribute some text to an interviewee (who I’m calling P11). The help text is telling me to add P11 as a new contact or user. I don’t want to do this because I have multiple P11s (as I keep names anonymised) and when I do try to follow the instruction, I don’t know how to. I’m stuck - can someone tell me what I should do please?
