Navigating Dovetail's Workspace Setup: Subscription and Workflow Limits

Hey all - I'm piloting dovetail for my new company. Have been a very long time user. When creating my workspace, I was a bit surprised that I've seemingly been locked into the workflow of the "type" I selected - customer support, and the interface is extremely restrictive - and attempting to change anything just prompts me to upgrade. Do I just need to start a paid subscription in order to actually use the Dovetail I know and love rather than this strange "typed workspace" thing? Is this what templates look like for a locked down instance?

    Hey Tyler! You shouldn’t be restricted by the type of role you pick during onboarding. The Free plan has changed quite a bit recently, simplifying it down to core features. Understandably, this may feel quite bare for a long time user going back to free and starting all over again. The Professional plan would have more of the features that you’d remember, and still functions the same 😊
