How to Manage Personal Insights in My Work Section

Is there a way to view the Insights that are just under my name and not affiliated with a project? When I go to My Work and Insights it shows all insights I've recently worked on (a useful function), but there's no way for me to clean out the random AI Summary insights I generated (will those populate in other folks' searches btw? If so, then I have extra reason to need to clean them out)

Don't have a good answer for you, and I frankly find the "private insights" a bit weird. I don't really see the use case for it. But could a work around right now be to create a new project or folder with your name and put all those insights there? Not the most elegant solution but perhaps better than nothing.

If I generate an insight from a summarization it automatically puts it in my private insights. Sometimes I'm doing this rapid fire and I end up with a lot of random insights. If i don't remember to delete or move them, they're now just floating in the ether

Emi Fogg My bad. I thought creating insights from questions/summarizations gave the same options as when doing it from clustered highlights (see below), but it doesn't. Maybe add that as a feature request?

Emi Fogg head to search, add filter, advanced, created by -> select your name. This will surface only insights created by you, not also ones you contributed to. It should look like my below screen grab. You could also add a filter for published = false, as it sounds like the rapid fire personal insights you create are unlikely to be published (much like how I use the feature too).

I suppose that works a bit better, but considering I'm a research team of one and the main contributor to the repository, most things are made by me / I have real reports/insights in drafting stage at all times so it's not perfect. But it'll help narrow it down a bit.

Yeah for sure, I think there is a feature request here for 'filter by personal insights,' really, as a better way in the future. Will take to the team!
