Creating Shareable Insights in Dovetail: Tips for New Users

I am new to Dovetail so just learning how to create shareable insights. Traditionally our business is used to powerpoint decks, does anyone have any ideas/examples how I can create similar shareable output in Dovetail? I have used the insights feature, but so far it doesn't feel as if it works quite as well. I could create a deck in powerpoint and then upload it, but that feels like I am doubling up on work.
