Transcript and Video Out of Sync: Issues and Solutions

I've noticed for the past week or so the transcript is out of sync with video. It makes it difficult to share tags or hilights b/c it cuts off the video or starts too late. I've tried regenerating the transcript and it doesn't seem to help.

Hi Lara! Thanks for reaching out. May I know where the video sources are from (e.g. Google Meets, Zoom etc)? Also if permissible may we get access to these videos? If there are multiple and all within your workspace, you could enable support access as documented in our help docs under the Support Access Consent subheader. It would help greatly if you could then provide some links to the desynced videos, whether through here or a DM. Thank you!
