Contact Database Filter Not Working: Issues and Screen Recording

🐞 Contact database "is not empty" pretends to apply the filter then does nothing. (ie screen flashes and still shows rows with that column empty) My contacts database has been near unusable for many months now as filters aren't working. 😢 I have submitted a screen recording via Intercom (fighting Intercom Fin perseverating unfortunately)

    Thanks for flagging this and for providing the recording, Emi. We have already raised this issue with our product team, and I will add your example to the open ticket. As for Fin, you can always ask to be routed to the support team or a "human". I'll follow up in the thread when I have an update for you.

    Oh my gosh the filters finally work again after perhaps 6-9 months of them not working. I can use the database again!! 🥹Thanks y'all. I know contacts filter/search performance is something your engineers have been working at for a bit.
