Understanding Dovetail's Slack Integration and OTP Process

Hello, I have a question about the Slack integration: I want to share highlights on a channel so people hear the “voice of customers”. The Dovetail app got approved to be on our Slack workspace, so I can simply share snippets, and people who has a Dovetail account already can press “Play” to listen to the snippet from Slack: great! But what about those who don’t have an account? I know there’s a OTP step, but what does it do? Does it create a Dovetail account for them so they only have to do this once? Do they have to go through the OTP for each snippet?
