Troubleshooting Google Drive Integration: Blank 'Shared with Me' Tab

I'm having issues connecting a Google Drive integration. The shared with me tab is showing up blank.

Hmm, I’m assume the shared with me tab in Google Drive itself has files and folders in it? When integrating, did you check the box to accept all the permissions Dovetail requires?

And yes the shared with me folder in Drive has lots of folders

Ah, if you’re looking at the Shared with me section in Google Drive, this would just be folders and files that are shared with you, not a shared drive. If you navigate to the My Drive tab in the Google Drive import window in Dovetail, you should be able to search for the folder or file that you need and find it there 😄 If it isn’t appearing there, it may be an access or permissions issue with the file itself if you aren’t the owner. Let me know how you go!
