How to Remove a Tag from a Highlight in Your Workflow

I have one Highlight with multiple Tags applied and I would like to remove one of the Tags. I cannot remove one Tag only; I can only remove the whole Highlight and then re-apply the other Tags instead. 😕 Am I missing something here too?
