Understanding Visibility of Archived Projects in the Workspace

curious about the workspace-wide visibility of archived projects: we (wrongly?) assumed that any archived projects are not visible to viewer roles and therefore wouldn’t show up in search results, so we didn’t prioritise tidying them up, but yesterday i looked over a viewer’s shoulder while they were searching for some tags, and tags from archived projects showed up in their results 🫠 Q: is this correct? so is the only way to limit their visibility for viewers is to change their individual sharing settings? Q: in that case, what are people’s use cases for archiving projects?
