Redacting PII in Channels Feature: Best Practices and Solutions

Hi folks - is there a way to redact PII in a the Channels feature? Our engineering service desk often has customer names and associated ARR in the tickets, which may be something we may want consider to remove.

    Thanks for reaching out Carolyn Shetter! We currently offer the ability to blur and mute videos uploaded and the option to redact sections on transcripts. This would be a great feature request. I found this related post that you can upvote. In the meantime, you could export high volume data as a CSV, scrub PII, and then upload it to Dovetail. Please let me know if this helps!
