Best Practices for Organizing Research Archives: Insights Needed!

Does anyone have insights on how they’ve organized their research archives? I’d love to hear about any best practices or strategies that have worked well for your team!

    I am also interested in this topic! At first I structured all insights in the following format " (User Segment) engages in (User Behavior/Frequency) due to (User Motivation/Goal)". Insights were organized based on Product Area/Project. But now our repository has grown and we run analysis for Sales and Customer Success, we have more research reports (usually titled with a specific question) which are part of the projects. How about you?
