Highlight Table Video Bug: Repeating Playback Issue Explained

I am experiencing a super annoying bug 🙂 When I'm in the Highlights table, I like to play the video clip for each Highlight, and then I add my Tags and Insights in the table as it plays. (I tend to highlight multiple sentences for each highlight so that I have context.) Each time I add a Tag or Insight to that Highlight, the video starts over (I don't like this and have posted about this before - I'd rather it not start over at all - but this is not the "bug" I'm talking about). The bug is this: when it starts replaying over again, it plays for a few seconds, then starts over AGAIN, and then sometimes one more time. So for example it sounds like "When you said... When you said... When you said..." This happens almost every time, though it's not always consistent and it varies how long it goes until it repeats or how many times it repeats. I'd LOVE it if this bug could get fixed ❤️ (Edit to add: this is not a new thing - this has always happened for me as far as I can remember)
