Can You Tag Customer Feedback in Channels to Multiple Categories?

I have seen similar questions to this but is it currently possible in Channels to tag a customer feedback to 2 or more categories? While I have no trouble manually moving feedback to one category, I cannot seem to figure out how to tag it to 2 categories e.g., I would like to be able to take feedback by product and challenge area to understand what kind of feedback is most common across different products but I am having difficulty achieving this.
