Issues with Dovetail Channels Feature and Upload Limits Reset Request

Hi Dovetail – I've struggled with the channels feature since it was launched into 3.0 out of beta. It says we're over our plan for the number of uploads, which I assume is due to our Intercom integration. We're getting no value from it, as we cannot filter out bot responses (which I've previously fed back), so I deleted that channel. However, the count still says we're far over our plan limit. Can you help reset it, please? 🙏
