Clarifying Magic Highlights and Tagging in Dovetail Projects
Hey hey, I have a question about Magic Highlights and tags. I've set up a project, and have a few interviews in that project. Dovetail has suggested some highlights from those interviews based on what appears to be default tags (Workflow, Opportunities, Challenges, User behaviours etc), which is good, but too generic and not really picking up what we wanted to look at. I've since gone through one interview, manually highlighting and tagging with new tags that are more relevant for the specific research goals, but it seems like they are not counted in other interviews when I try and get more suggested highlights. I was assuming that we would be able to add tags to the project, and then get Dovetail to suggest highlights related to these tags. Is that a correct assumption? Anyone able to shed some light on how magic highlights / tags works?
