Troubleshooting HubSpot Mailbox Integration Sync Issues

hello! has anyone had any success with pulling hubspot mailboxes into channels? our integration keeps failing to sync - the integration says connected, but we keep getting a banner that says its failed to sync (even after resyncing, disconnecting, reconnecting...all of the things)
