Visibility of Contact Names in Insights: Plan or Setting?

In the insights fields, contacts names remain hidden, is it because of the plan I'm using or just a setting I can fix?

Hi Lina, Thanks for reaching out.👋 We've recently changed access controls for Contacts. Access is now assigned to individual users rather than roles. Please review your Contacts permissions to ensure your contact data remains appropriately shared and secure. https://dovetail.com/help/changelog/access-controls-to-contacts-database/
