Is Dovetail exploring other recruitment solutions for the future or fully redirecting to other platforms going forward? It was nice having all in one spot

We made the decision to sunset Recruit because it no longer aligns with Dovetail's strategic direction as a Customer Intelligence Platform. While we saw early interest from researchers, the feature remained in limited beta and required ongoing work to develop. Since there are already strong external recruitment tools available, we've decided to focus our investment on what makes Dovetail unique: our data ingestion, analysis, and insight capabilities across all customer touchpoints. We want Dovetail to be the platform where all your customer intelligence lives. For external recruitment needs, we'd recommend exploring specialized tools like Respondent, which was our provider for Recruit. 😊
