Troubleshooting Magic Highlight Feature in Dovetail 3.0
I'm trying to explore the Magic Highlight feature. I've confirmed that it's turned on in my project. I defined six new tags with detailed descriptions. This is a new project with no workspace tags or previously tagged content. First, I simply tried opening a transcript and clicking on the Highlights icon in the side bar. Empty - blank screen: No indication that anything is happening. I would have hoped that Magic would have tagged the entire transcript with the existing six tags. Next, I tagged two highlights. Confirmed that these show up in the Highlights tab but still no option to perform more magic highlighting. Three hypotheses for what's going on:

I don't understand how magic highlights are supposed to work.

Magic highlights require more previously tagged content to do it's magic.
- 3.
My company has AI turned off - but Summaries is definitely working so I don't know. And yes, I've toggled Dovetail 3.0 on.
What am I missing?
