Issues with Traditional Board View Data Loss for Designers

Hi there. My team has had several issues when the data is set up in the traditional 'board' view with columns. When the designers return to the project, the data is in a 'grid' view and the previously created columns are lost. This has happened to at least 3 separate designers.

    Hey Jazz Howington, are they saving the view? There is a button in the top right that says ‘Save for everyone’. They need to click this to save the configuration.
