Request for Workspace-Level Engagement Metrics Overview

Hello and happy new year! I have a question about the Engagement metrics provided for each insights as we’re looking for a way to track the impact of our research effort (who doesn’t?). It seems that the info is only available here, and we were wondering if there was a way to have an overview of those metrics on a workspace level, and sort them. For instance, things like “Top 10 insights in terms of reach”, or “Most liked insights”, or “Most commented insights”, etc. Do you have the information on your end maybe?

    We don’t have any workspace level metrics for insights I’m afraid, but I’ve added this as a feature request for our team! 😄

    Which plan do we need to get to see the engagement metrics in the view that Guillaume shared?

    I would also like to see more detailed metrics on User Engagement across my workspace, for instance, the overview of all content that a specific user has engaged with.

    Insight metrics are available on Professional and Enterprise plans. You can find them by opening an Insight, hovering above the title/cover photo and clicking on the button with the number of views 😊 I’ll add you to the request as well and I’ll update it to include the request for engagement outside of insights too!
