How to Analyze 360 Feedback Insights in Dovetail App

New to the app. Viewed and read some of the help/onboarding. Still not sure how to do the following: I have 11 raters who answered about 30 qualitative questions in a 360 feedback interview (I conducted, recorded, and uploaded to Dovetail and have the transcripts ready to go). I want to see the following: 1. Insights and themes by question, across all raters. 2. Insights and themes for each group of raters (direct reports, colleagues, etc.) by question 3. Insights and themes for each group of raters overall. 4. Insights and themes for all raters overall. I've created a field to label each rater (e.g. colleague, direct report). Not sure what to do next, as the app seems to want to give me insights by rater, which isn't useful for me. I need it by group and overall, and by question.

Hi Dr. L.! A couple of follow up questions:
1.
To confirm, have you uploaded video interviews where you have asked the same question across your 11 participants?
2.
You are looking to have summaries of the responses to each question you have asked overall, and the ability to filter that down by different attributes of each participant?

Exactly! The file is a zoom "video" however, we did not use our cameras, so there is only audio on the file. Also, I took notes during the interviews, and reformatted the excel spreadsheet I used and uploaded as csv to the survey template to have a secondary look at the data.

Hi Dr. L., in your csv, were the questions the columns and the raters the rows, or the other way round, with the questions being rows and raters being columns?

Hi Paul. I went through the effort to copy all my columns to the rows and all my rows to the columns before uploading the CSV so that the raters are now the rows and the answers are now the columns.
