Organizing Year-End Workspace Goals: Tips and Strategies

Hi there - we're doing some year-end maintenance on our workspace fields. We have a field for each annual goal so that we can easily see all the work that was done toward that goal. Every year, there are new goals. It's very likely that we will want to be able to search for this work over the next few years, so we do not want to delete the names of the previous years' goals. After several years, the list could become ungainly. Do others organize your workspace field data in this way? How do you address this challenge?
