Adjusting Homepage Display for Latest Reports and Readouts

Hi, we have our homepage set up to display Latest Reports and Latest Readouts, but it's also showing everything that contains the word "Report"—including tags, projects, etc. How can we adjust that?

Thank you. The thing is, with the old version of Dovetail, we set up the welcome page based on the keywords 'report' and 'readout.' As a result, it's now showing the latest reports and readouts, but unfortunately, it's also displaying everything that contains these words. I can't find where we entered these keywords to adjust them.
