How to Disable AI Generated Highlights in Your Workspace

Is there any way to turn off the AI generated highlights? It is confusing me and adding to my clicks to delete each one by hand.

    Yes, if you have the right permissions / user level, you can turn it off within a specific project by using the orange star to the left of your profile picture (top right of the screen).
