Issue with Agent Feature's Mismatched Insight Document Titles

I tried out the new Agent feature and noticed an issue with the insights document it generated. The document includes references to highlights/quotes, but the titles of the referenced snippets don’t match the actual sources where the content is stored. In other words, the Agent adds the correct highlight to the document, but the link to the actual data and the title are incorrect, which makes it confusing to trace insights back to the original raw data. Just wanted to flag this so it can be looked into.
