Introducing Arianna: Consumer Insights Expert in San Francisco!

Ciao! I’m Arianna but Ari works too! 😊 I’ve also just joined the Dovetail Slack Community - I’m a Consumer Insights and Analytics Manager with a strong background in Project and Program Management. I’ve led research across physical and digital experiences—from ready-to-wear fashion to Shark & Ninja appliances (vacuums, air fryers, ovens, hair dryers) to Sky’s ecosystem (Sky Glass, NOW, broadband, mobile). I’ve worked on large-scale trials, uncovering insights that helped shape successful product launches across the UK, Italy, Germany, and France—backed by high NPS scores and glowing feedback. I’ve recently relocated to San Francisco, after time in London, Shanghai, Lisbon, and my hometown Milan. I speak five languages, including Spanish (I’m half Mexican 🇮🇹🇲🇽), and I’m always up for exploring, hiking, training at the gym—or catching a sunset.
