Meet Kate Gaston: UI/UX Designer with a Passion for Food and Travel

Hi, guys! My name is Kate Gaston, and I am a UIUX Designer & Researcher with Winsupply in Dayton, Ohio. A bit about me professionally:

  • I am 3 years into my UIUX career.

  • Winsupply is an industrial wholesaler, so I spend my days conducting research and designing screens to enhance the Quote and Sales Order Entry process.

  • Our users are Local Company employees, some of which we know quite well. We have almost 700 Local Companies all across the US.

A bit about me personally:

  • I used to be a sous chef! 🧑‍🍳 I would love to find work in the food industry, and mash together my love of food, cooking, design, and user experience.

  • I have 4 cats. Yes, I am obsessed with their individual personalities and cuteness.

  • I love traveling, learning about geography, and would very much like to move out of the midwest, eventually.
