Navigating Ask Dovetail/Magic Search: Tips for Effective Use

Hey guys, I've been a bit quiet in this champions slack due to some massive redundancies in my workplace, but keen to stay involved as the pressure calms down a bit 💝 Question for anyone who's used the new ask dovetail/magic search. Do you know if there's a good way to ask questions and what kind of response is supposed to come back? I keep trying to use it for example 'what are our customers biggest pain points' but it just comes back with search results with the key word 'pain point' in. Is that normal, or is there supposed to be some kind of AI summary with links?

    In my experience, I usually get an AI-generated summary with links. One reason for this could be that the research team is regularly tagging the data, so the AI can identify pain points based on those tags

    isn’t the new Ask Dovetail an add-on that you have to buy for your account? at least, that’s how i understood the comms… we haven’t upgraded to Ask Dovetail or Magic Search so we get the same kind of results you do Celia Delaney

    yes, we don't have Ask Dovetail, only magic search, because our plan
