Automating HubSpot Data Transfer to Dovetail: Tips and Tools

How best to get data from HubSpot forms into Dovetail? Hi Everyone, I’m very new to Dovetail, keen to automate data capture about the behavioural change programmes we lead with B2B sales teams. We use MS Teams for online meetings and HubSpot as CRM. I’m aware I can connect my 365 account to Dovetail to automatically sync Teams meetings. Does anyone have experience or suggestions about how best to automate moving data from HubSpot forms into projects? It seems likely that either Zapier or Make.com are most likely the best options. I’m unsure how to approach getting data from each client cohort into different projects. Might this best be via a hidden field in the form? And should I go straight from HubSpot into Dovetail, or use a Google sheet as an intermediate stage to check data structure? I’d welcome any help - Thanks!

I haven't used HubSpot, but flowing form data through Zapier into Dovetail is very cool. I think the easiest way would be do have a different copy of the form per client. The logic in Zapier is pretty powerful but complicated so you probably could do it based on a field, but that's not something I've tried to set up. The forms I have flowed through took some work to figure out, but once it was going I felt like a super hero. Good luck
