Best Practices for Managing Accounts in Dovetail: A B2B Discussion
A question to all you B2B-users out there. How do you handle accounts in dovetail? It's evident that contacts are playing a bigger role now, and the ability to sort and segment with meta data is awesome. But sometimes we want to do the same from an account perspective. Any best practices of how to manage that? Does your contacts "inherit" all the account data through CRM integrations (which we don't have)? And wouldn't that lead to handling a lot of meta data on each contact?
