Streamlining Dovetail Insights Sharing with Product Teams

Hi all! Our team at RSS is experimenting with ways to share out our Dovetail insights and recommendations with product teams. Our goal is to be able to point a specific insight to a specific team and track action on it. We've played around with Dovetail feeds, but that workflow requires our product teams to step outside of their usual tools, so there's a bit of inherent friction we'd like to mitigate if possible. Has anyone developed a streamlined workflow in this vein (e.g., pushing insights to Jira)? Would very much love to hear any and all processes other folks have tried and how it went for you. TIA!

I've been thinking of integrating Dovetail and Zapier but haven't explored Jira yet

Oh yes- I would probably push a summary or insight from dovetail to a Slack message in our research channel, since that's where my team is most likely to pick up user feedback on the fly

We use the productboard integration but I am also not 100% satisfied with this flow as productboard gets overloaded with infos and our insights easily get lost.

I also onboard product managers I work closely with onto Dovetail and encourage them to consume insights there on their own time (in order to avoid tying up their time/resources).

Hi! On our side, I integrated Dovetail with Slack. But regarding the selection of insights or highlights to be pushed to Slack, I still do it manually (ie; I read and cherry-pick the most meaningful ones). This is time-consuming, yes, and it works only if I know what topics the product team is working on, yes. But at least the selection is relevant (I don't know if an automation based on some keywords would be as relevant?)
