Gathering Electronic Consent for Interviews: Best Practices

We are looking into easy and quick ways for users to acknowledge consent forms and/or NDA's when booking interviews with our product teams. Would anyone mind sharing with me how they request and gather these electronically prior to interviews held over Zoom/phone? Thanks!

UserInterviews has a feature for this that we use. We just save the form as a PDF and the participant signs it through Docusign. We also use UI for recruitment, scheduling, and incentive distribution, which is why it makes sense to have the consent there too.

Thanks Sara! We also utilize userinterviews when we are reaching out to participants outside of our customer base. It is a very nice platform for sure! We also recruit our current customers and use Calendly for that, so I was also looking for ideas there.

You could run all of your recruit through UI using their hub feature! But I think that is pretty expensive.
